POLITICA DE TRANSPORTE DE MENORES DE EDAD EN VUELOS COMERCIALIZADOS POR GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S.

Los menores de edad serán aceptados siempre y cuando cumplan con los siguientes requisitos:

Menores de 0 a 10 días de nacidos:

◊Grupo San Germán Express no transporta a niños de cero (0) a diez (10) días de nacidos.

Menores de 10 a 30 días de nacidos:

◊Deben presentar el registro civil o el certificado de nacido vivo, este tiene vigencia de 30 días a partir de la fecha de expedición.

Menores a 23 meses:

◊Los niños menores a 24 meses pueden viajar en trayectos nacionales sin pagar por el cupo aéreo, siempre y cuando viajen acompañados por un pasajero mayor de edad (padre, madre o adulto responsable) y no ocupe un asiento adicional. Si el adulto desea que el niño ocupe un asiento, deberá pagar el valor del cupo aéreo.

Menores de 0 a 11 años:

◊Menores a 12 años deben viajar acompañados de un adulto responsable.

DOCUMENTACIÓN REQUERIDA:

  • Copia física original del Registro Civil del menor, que es emitida por la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil en notarías o consulados o tarjeta de identidad original física.
  • Presentar Copia de la cédula de ciudadanía del adulto que autoriza el viaje del menor. (Padre, madre o tutor legal)
  • Presentar Copia de la cédula de ciudadanía del adulto que viaja con el menor
  • Diligenciar los formatos proporcionados por Grupo San Germán Express.

Menores de 12 a 18 sin acompañante:

  • Si el menor de edad tiene más de 12 años y puede valerse por sus propios medios, podrá viajar en uno de los aviones contratados por GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S. de acuerdo con las siguientes indicaciones:
  • El menor debe ser presentado para el check-in con GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S. dos (2) horas antes de la salida del vuelo por uno de los padres o adulto responsable.
  • Una persona adulta debe acompañar al menor en el aeropuerto de origen y realizar los trámites necesarios de embarque del menor.
  • Deberá esperar hasta que el avión despegue antes de retirarse del aeropuerto.
  • El adulto que acompañe el menor en aeropuerto de salida debe completar en su totalidad la carta de exoneración proporcionada por Grupo San Germán Express S.A.S, en la que se explican claramente los datos de la persona que recibirá al menor en la ciudad de destino, entre ellos dirección y teléfono, y aceptación de las condiciones de transporte allí especificadas.
  •  Una persona adulta se debe hacer cargo del menor en el aeropuerto de destino a la hora prevista de arribo del vuelo, identificándose como la persona con derecho a recibir el menor al momento de la recepción de este.
  • En caso de que el vuelo se encuentre retrasado por cualquier motivo, es responsabilidad de la persona adulta encargada de recibir al menor en el aeropuerto la llegada del menor.
  • En todos los casos se recomienda que el adulto responsable del menor se mantenga en constante comunicación con Grupo San Germán Express para conocer detalles o por menores del vuelo.

DOCUMENTACIÓN REQUERIDA:

  • Copia física original del Registro Civil del menor, que es emitida por la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil en notarías o consulados o tarjeta de identidad original física.
  • Presentar Copia de la cédula de ciudadanía del adulto que autoriza el viaje del menor (Padre, madre o tutor legal)
  • Presentar Copia de la cédula de ciudadanía del adulto que entrega al menor.
  • Presentar Copia de la cédula de ciudadanía del adulto que recibe al menor.
  • Diligenciar los formatos proporcionado por Grupo San Germán Express.

CONSIDERACIONES ADICIONALES:

  • Menores sin acompañantes no podrán transportar animales domésticos como equipaje facturado ni en cabina de Pasajeros excepto cuando el menor lo requiera como soporte emocional certificado.
  • No se permitirá que un niño menor de doce (12) años viaje acompañado por una persona menor de 18 años, a menos que ésta demuestre ser el padre o la madre.
  • Grupo San Germán Express se sujetará a lo establecido en la Ley 1098 de 2006 de infancia y adolescencia, principalmente en lo establecido en los artículos 89 numeral 11, de dicha Ley; en lo referente al apoyo de la autoridad policial, de migración y demás autoridades competentes, en lo tocante a la vigilancia permanente del tránsito de niños, niñas y adolescentes en los terminales terrestres, aéreos y marítimos.

TRANSPORTATION POLICY FOR MINORS ON FLIGHTS COMMERCIALIZED BY GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S.

Minors will be accepted as long as they meet the following requirements:

Minors from 0 to 10 days old:

◊Grupo San Germán Express does not transport children from zero (0) to ten (10) days old.

Between 10 to 30 days old:

◊They must present the civil registry (Registro Civil) or the certificate of live birth, this is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Under 24 months:

◊Children under 24 months of age can travel on domestic routes without paying for tickets, as long as they are accompanied by a passenger of legal age (father, mother or responsible adult) and do not occupy an additional seat. If the adult wants the child to occupy a seat, they must pay for of the ticket.

Minors from 0 to 11 years:

◊Children under 12 years of age must travel accompanied by a responsible adult.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

  • Original physical copy of the Civil Registry (Registro Civil) of the minor, which is issued by Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil in notaries or consulates, or the original physical identity card.
  • Submit a copy of the I.D. of the adult traveling with the minor.
  • Fill out the forms provided by Grupo San Germán Express.

Unaccompanied minors from 12 to 18:

If the minor is over 12 years old and can fend for himself, he may travel on one of the planes contracted by GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S. in accordance to the following indications:

  • The minor must be presented for check-in with GRUPO SAN GERMÁN EXPRESS S.A.S. two (2) hours before flight departure by a parent or responsible adult.
  • An adult must accompany the minor at the airport of origin and carry out the necessary boarding procedures for the minor.
  • You must wait until the plane takes off before leaving the airport.
  • The adult accompanying the minor at the departure airport must fully complete the liability waiver provided by Grupo San Germán Express S.A.S, in which the details of the person who will receive the minor in the destination city are clearly explained, including address and telephone, and acceptance of the transport conditions specified therein.
  • An adult person must take care of the minor at the destination airport at the scheduled time of arrival of the flight, identifying himself as the person entitled to receive the minor at the time of reception.
  • In the event that the flight is delayed for any reason, the arrival of the minor is the responsibility of the adult in charge of receiving the minor at the destination airport.
  • In all cases, it is recommended that the adult responsible for the minor stay in constant communication with Grupo San Germán Express to find out about details about the flight.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

  • Original physical copy of the Civil Registry (Registro Civil) of the minor, which is issued by Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil in notaries or consulates, or the original physical identity card.
  • Submit a copy of the I.D. of the adult who delivers the minor.
  • Submit a copy of the I.D. of the adult who receives the minor.
  • Fill out the forms provided by Grupo San Germán Express.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Unaccompanied minors may not transport pets as checked baggage or in the passenger cabin except when the minor requires it as a certified emotional support animal.
  • A child under twelve (12) years of age will not be allowed to travel accompanied by a person under 18 years of age, unless they prove to be their father or mother.
  • Grupo San Germán Express will be subject to what is established in Act 1098 of 2006 of childhood and adolescence, mainly in what is established in articles 89 numeral 11, of said Act; in relation to the support of the police, migration and other competent authorities, in regard to the permanent surveillance of the transit of children and adolescents in land, air and sea terminals.
