TRANSPORTE DE PASAJEROS EN CONDICIONES MÉDICAS ESPECIALES

El pasajero bajo estas condiciones debe informar al área comercial a través de los diferentes canales de contacto de Grupo San Germán Express S.A.S. al momento de la compra y al momento del vuelo presentar el certificado médico una hora y media (1:30) antes de la salida del vuelo, este debe contener:

  • El destino.
  • Tiempo de duración del vuelo.
  • Tipo de avión (presurizado o no).
  • Acompañante (médico, paramédico o familiar).
  • Condición médica especial (cirugía reciente, uso permanente de oxígeno, movilidad limitada, etc.).

CONTRAINDICACIONES ABSOLUTAS PARA VIAJAR

  • Enfermedades infectocontagiosas.
  • Pacientes en estado terminal.
  • Otitis media.
  • Sinusitis aguda.
  • Fracturas de mandíbula en las que el paciente no puede abrir la boca.
  • Pacientes psiquiátricos sin control médico.
  • Buzos, con menos de 48 horas de inmersión.

PASAJEROS INCAPACITADOS

Personas enfermas o incapacitadas que no puedan valerse por sí mismas, sólo serán aceptadas para ser transportadas si van acompañadas por una o más personas que cuiden de ellas durante el viaje.

CILINDROS DE OXÍGENO O AIRE GASEOESO, REQUERIDO CON FINES MÉDICOS.

  • Se pueden transportar botellas de oxígeno (O2) con peso máximo de 5 kilos.
  • Cada tanque debe contar con prueba hidrostática válida por 5 años.
  • El pasajero debe llevar el certificado médico consigo el cual debe tener una fecha no superior a un (1) mes.

El transporte de oxígeno liquido está prohibido.

TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS UNDER SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS

ABSOLUTE CONTRAINDICATIONS TO TRAVEL

  • Infectious diseases.
  • Terminally ill patients.
  • Ear infection.
  • Acute sinusitis.
  • Jaw fractures in which the patient cannot open their mouth.
  • Psychiatric patients without medical control.
  • Divers, with less than 48 hours of immersion.

DISABLED PASSENGERS

Sick or disabled people who cannot fend for themselves, will only be accepted for transportation if they are accompanied by one or more people who take care of them during the trip.

OXYGEN OR GASEOUS AIR CYLINDERS, REQUIRED FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES.

  • Oxygen bottles (O2) with a maximum weight of 5 kilos can be transported.
  • Each tank must have a hydrostatic test valid for 5 years.
  • The passenger must carry the medical certificate with them, which must be dated no more than one (1) month.

The transport of liquid oxygen is prohibited if not in use.
